A new battle pass will be introduced with this patch. This battle pass will have 50 tiers of free and premium items. These will include the usual fare like weapon blueprints, calling cards, and operator skins. If you’re a fan of Black Ops 3, you’ll be excited to find out that this battle pass includes the Dingo LMG, which you can unlock after you reach level 21.

A new game mode will be introduced with this content patch called Big Head Blizzard. This is a hilarious new mode where players gain more energy when they damage enemies. As they gather energy, the head of their operator will keep growing. After they reach a certain amount of energy, they will transform into a bobblehead-looking character. During this state, they will be limited to a melee weapon with an increase in their health pool. This sounds like a hilarious game mode to enjoy with your friends.

Nuketown will be getting a Lunar New Year reskin. Since we’ve entered the Year of the Rabbit, this new look will feature elements representative of this Chinese tradition. Nuketown is a crowd favorite, so plenty of fans are excited about the prospect of throwing cross-map grenades again.

The Super Attack of the Undead zombie mode will also get a Lunar New Year makeover. Zombie mode will also receive a bunch of new character models, additional maps, and new abilities for survivors and the infected.

Battle Royale changes

The Isolated map will be getting a few new additions as well in the form of two new points of interest. These are the Ecology Lab and the T-3 Refinery. Both will be full of in-game consumables, and the Refinery has a cylinder through which players can launch into the air to reposition quickly.

On top of these new parts of the map, Isolated will also offer players two unique ways of gaining loot. Players will find plenty of loot balloons around the map filled with guns and consumables. Since 2023 is the Year of the Rabbit, players can also encounter a robotic rabbit called R.A.B.T. which they can attack until he releases items.

All of these seasonal updates will be released on January 18, 2023. Activision has promised that this is only the first of many new additions that will be brought to Call of Duty Mobile throughout the coming year.
