What’s that trail of glitter? Is Xbox teasing us with a new Fable game?
A recent tweet from Xbox’s official Twitter account shows a glittery path leading to an Xbox Games Showcase monitor display and appears to tease the inclusion of Fable. The title is a well-known fantasy RPG and one of Xbox’s core franchises, although there hasn’t been a new instalment in over a decade. Check the post here:

Microsoft said that Playground Games was working on a new Fable game during the Xbox Games Showcase in 2020. A lot of people believe that it will be a total reboot of the franchise, despite Fable being introduced as a fresh start. Playground Games did not provide any info after the 2020 Showcase, but it appears that we will finally have some at the next one.
Reddit users have some Fable hints
In the video that Xbox shared, somebody follows a glitter trail through their home until arriving at a computer screen with the Xbox Games Showcase wallpaper displayed on it. If not for the music selection, this would have been a perfectly harmless situation. The soundtrack heard in the footage was actually borrowed from the Fable series, as noticed by a Reddit user. The Fable trilogy’s remastered collection or something related to Playground Games’ revival are the two possibilities that fans believe Xbox is hinting at.
