Pokemon Scarlet and Violet is getting a fresh patch in February. This was announced on the Pokemon Company International official site.
What will the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet patch 1.2.0 include?
The Pokemon Company staff announced on their official website: “Update Ver. 1.2.0, which will include bug fixes and add functionality, is planned to be released in late February. Please look forward to more details soon,”
The last patch Pokemon Scarlet and Violet got, version 1.1.0, was pushed during November, and it included several updates like fixing important bugs, like music not playing correctly during battles against the Elite Four. The fix, however, didn’t appear to solve a lot of the many technical and performance problems that have been affecting the gameplay.
Pokémon Scarlet and Violet set a new all-time sales record with 10 million combined units sold within its first three days of the debut, despite the games’ severe bugs and performance concerns.
The Pokémon Company has, regrettably, not offered any specifics on whether the future patch would resolve performance issues.
As of now, it appears as if it will merely keep adding new features including brand-new pokemon and fixing minor issues.

We are really excited to see how the game we all played in our childhood reached this total number of pokemon. On top of that, the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet game looks really promising and hopefully, the team will take care of the recurring bugs the game has, so everyone can enjoy it. And by the way, talking of major patches, make sure you check the Cult of the Lamb upcoming patch!
