The long-awaited hallway survival horror game is just around the corner.
What we know so far about the game
The game is directed by the co-creator of the Dead Space series, Glen Schofield. Developed by Striking Resistance Studios and published by Kratos, it is somehow seen as a successor of the horror Dead Space series. The game looks astonishing in the trailer and additionally, the fans built great hype over it.
The developers put in over 3 years of hard work to make the game ultra-realistic. The development team says that they put great effort into the game’s audio, as a result making it a thrilling horror experience.
Initially, rumours circled that the game might be delayed, but they got completely destroyed in early October when the developers mentioned that the game reached “Gold” status, meaning it is completely developed.

The Callisto Protocol release date
The visual masterpiece will be released on the 2nd of December, you can pre-order it on all platforms right now.
On which platforms will the game be released?
The Callisto Protocol will be released on Playstation 4 and 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S and X, and obviously on PC. On what PCs to be more specific, you can find out below, in the update recently posted on the game’s official Twitter Page.
The Callisto Protocol System Requirements
One week prior to the game’s official release date, the system requirements for PC were revealed, and they look more than decent by today’s standards:

The Callisto Protocol will not be available in Japan
So far, there is one major issue with The Callisto Protocol game. Any fans that are currently living in Japan, will not have the possibility to purchase the game as it will not be released there. The Callisto Protocol team announced in a tweet on their official page that based on the violence present in the game, they were not able to assure any rating in Japan. Also, the game will be quite violent as Dead Space looks all shiny compared to it.
